As a transplanted Californian, Jerry's background includes 20 years as a paving and grading contractor, preceded by 10 years as a high school teacher and principal. A major skill developed during this time was NEGOTIATION - negotiating with vendors, customers, high school students, and even his own four children. But, most importantly, this skill is necessary in dealing with buyers and sellers. Working intimately with my clients is important.
